O Botafogo definiu metas esportivas e financeiras que precisam ser cumpridas em troca dos ativos, da imagem e da estrutura do clube para entregar o futebol à possíveis investidores. Juntamente com uma carta do presidente Durcesio Mello, os termos foram enviados nesta terça-feira aos conselheiros do clube, que vão votar no dia 27 de maio se a nova tentativa de transformar o Alvinegro em empresa vai ou não para frente. Dentre as metas, segundo o site, está a “proibição” de rebaixamentos e boas campanhas em torneios nacionais e internacionais, preferencialmente com títulos. Especificamente falando sobre títulos, deseja-se uma conquista nacional ou internacional no período de dez anos – ou, pelo menos, com campanhas consideradas competitivas, como presença no G4 e vice-campeonatos, por exemplo.

Em relação ao aspecto financeiro, o clube exige a criação de conselhos fiscais, de administração e de ética. A reportagem revela ainda que obriga-se o pagamento de royalties para pelo menos honrar o Profut e o Ato Trabalhista, além da quitação sem atraso de outras pendências. Além disso, a S/A não pode acumular mais de R$ 25 milhões em dívidas vencidas. A utilização da marca Botafogo também é obrigatória.

Para pegar o futebol novamente, a nova gestão da S/A teria que: levar o time a ser rebaixado; ou fazer com que o time fique em uma divisão inferior à que pegou o clube por duas vezes no período de cinco anos consecutivos. Se qualquer cláusula for quebrada, o clube pode comprar todas as ações da S/A por R$ 1.

جاء ذلك في سياق الرد على الانتقادات التي وجهت للإمارات بسبب أزمة احتجاز ثلاثي الزمالك الكابتن عبد الواحد السيد مدير الكرة، وثنائي الفريق مصطفى شلبي ونبيل عماد دونجا، على خلفية الاعتداء على مسؤول أمن إماراتي.

وكتب ميدو عبر حسابه الرسمي بمنصة “أكس”: “مرة ثانية يا جماعة مفيش أي تعنت من السلطات الإماراتية تجاه الزمالك أو أي ضيف هنا في الإمارات، ودي فعلًا حقيقة، إنما هنا في قانون بيتطبق على الجميع مهما كنت إنت مين!!”.

وتابع: “ولاعيبتنا ومسؤولينا لازم يفهموا كده، وابقوا سلمولي على العيال الجهلة إللي كانوا بيقولوا في واقعة حسين الشحات إن قوانين الاتحاد الدولي بتنص إن لو أي حد عمل أي فعل أو تصرف خاطئ داخل الملعب (الاستاد) ماتقدرش ترفع عليه قضية في المحاكم المدنية!!”.

وكانت أزمة قد نشبت بين ثنائي الفريق مصطفي شلبي ونبيل عماد دونجا ومعهما عبد الواحد السيد، مع أحد مسؤولي الأمن عقب مباراة بيراميدز، ووصل الأمر إلى الاعتداء بالضرب من قبل اللاعبين.

يذكر، أن الأهلي والزمالك على موعد قمة نارية مرتقبة، غدًا الخميس، للمنافسة على لقب بطل كأس السوبر المصري.

While Tottenham are more likely than not to make Timo Werner's loan deal permanent, it remains the case that they could bring in another forward to inject that extra bit of attacking impetus.

Dejan Kulusevski, Son Heung-min, James Maddison, Brennan Johnson and Richarlison stand out as Postecolgou's other star attackers, but uncertainty surrounds the futures of Bryan Gil and Manor Solomon, who could both leave this summer.

As explained by Fabrizio Romano recently, Spurs are keen on another creative winger to make them even more clinical in the final third.

“Look, a player they appreciate for a long time is Raphinha from Barcelona. We know the financial situation at Barcelona is not easy, so he could be one of the names. They will look at that kind of player," said Romano to JD Football last week.

"Another player they appreciate is Pedro Neto, but he has this issue with his injuries, so I’m not sure Liverpool, Tottenham or the other clubs following the player will be prepared to play big money for Pedro Neto this summer. That kind of player is the priority for Tottenham, I see them going for that kind of winger, a quality player to help with goals and assists."

One player they were linked with in the build-up to January was Juventus winger Samuel Iling-Junior, but reports of Spurs interest have died down somewhat in the last few months.

The Englishman has made 17 Serie A appearances for Juve, scoring a goal and registering two assists in that time, but the vast majority of his appearances have come off the substitutes bench.

His last reported price tag of around £15.5 million is an enticing one, though – especially considering Illing-Junior's young age and sky-high potential.

Chelsea's erratic strategy in the transfer market was always going to be a risky manoeuvre, especially given the Premier League's strict rules regarding FFP and PSR.

The club have spent over £1b on new players since the takeover by American businessman Todd Boehly, with the aim to close the gap created by the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool in recent years.

Players such as Cole Palmer and Malo Gusto have both made a positive start to life at Stamford Bridge after their official arrival at the club during last summer's window.

Palmer in particular has impressed since his £40m move from champions Manchester City, with the attacker boasting a brilliant goal and assist tally in England's top flight this season.

The 21-year-old has registered 11 goals and eight assists in his 24 Premier League appearances so far this campaign, with Palmer deservedly receiving an England call-up during this international break.

However, despite the attacker's impact this season, there's another new Blues addition who's caught the eye, with his performances seeing a rapid increase in his market value.

Axel Disasi's stats for Chelsea

After joining Chelsea last summer, centre-back Axel Disasi wasted no time in making an immediate impact at Stamford Bridge, scoring on his debut in the 1-1 draw against Liverpool.

Since his debut on the 13th of August, the 26-year-old has only missed two games in the Premier League for Mauricio Pochettino's side, with the Frenchman a real prominent figure at the heart of the Argentinian's defence.

Disasi is currently on a run of 14 consecutive starts in the league, with the former Monaco man starting to settle into life at the club – with social media star Mark Goldbridge labelling the centre-back as "fantastic".

His best game in a Chelsea shirt was the 1-1 draw against Pep Guardiola's City side, where Disasi produced a magnificent performance which saw him get the better of Erling Haaland over 90 minutes.

The defender started alongside youngster Levi Colwill, with the Frenchman excelling with his tally of 16 clearances, the most of any Chelsea player in over eight years.

Just seven months after his transfer from Monaco, the defender's market value has skyrocketed, with Disasi now one of the most valuable members of Pochettino's squad.

The Blues forked out £38.5m for his signature, with the 26-year-old's market value now at a staggering £68.5m as per CIES Football Observatory – an increase of 78% since his signing.

His rapid rise has seen his value soar above Chelsea star Reece James, with the right-back trailing Disasi with market value sitting at just £25.7m because of his struggles with injury this campaign.

The brilliant Frenchman has proven to be a sensational signing in a period of below-par additions for the club. His fantastic performances are only the start of a successful career at Stamford Bridge, with his £38.5m fee now looking to be a potential bargain.

-A gente sabe da importância do Brasileiro, domingo já começa contra uma boa equipe, organizada, sabe da importância do jogo, começar o Brasileiro com três pontos. O que o torcedor pode esperar é muita vontade, entrega, ambição, vontade de vencer e o Sylvinho tem cobrado muito a gente – garantiu.

Com a eliminação precoce na fase de grupos da Copa Sul-Americana e a queda para o maior rival na semifinal do Paulistão, o Corinthians, que já estava em débito em relação ao desempenho, acabou aumentando essa dívida com a falta de resultados. No entanto, com as goleadas sobre o Sport Huancayo-PER e o River Plate-PAR, a confiança do grupo começou a voltar e vai contribuir para dar a resposta necessário tanto no Brasileirão quanto na Copa do Brasil.
